About
Two tracks, one practice.
I spend my days in the cardiac ICU and my evenings in a code editor. Both halves inform each other: the bedside tells me what software should actually solve, and the engineering keeps me honest about what AI and devices can and can't do for patients today.
I'm a cardiologist and critical-care physician with subspecialty board certifications in cardiac imaging and nuclear cardiology. Alongside clinical practice, I build clinical AI, software, and medical devices — and advise others doing the same through NVS Consulting LLC.
The throughline: I want the next decade of healthcare technology to be designed by people who still take call. Too much clinical AI is built for problems clinicians don't have, in a workflow that ignores the bedside. I'd rather build less, and have it actually help.
