How it works
Every engagement starts with a short intro call to confirm fit and scope. From there I scope a fixed-fee or hourly engagement against a specific deliverable — a memo, a workshop, a review, a sprint.
I take a limited number of engagements at a time so that the clinical day-job and the building don't suffer for it. Current availability: Q3 2026.
